This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff are unhelpful and rude, the rooms are dated and not clean and the food in the Bistro is disgusting. If you come to Saratoga Springs do not stay at this hotel. The prices are in line with a top quality hotel but this place is a dump!!

The staff is amazing! Chrislyne (front office supervisor) and her manager has been extremely helpful. Thank you for all you do to make your guest stay delightful. Their kindness at check in and throughout my stay was unmatched and can’t wait to come back to the Hilton again next year for the same conference.

Cancellation Fee

I called the hotel two days before my reservation to cancel. I was told that there would be no charge the following day. I saw the charge on my credit card. I called back and was told that the charge is for a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee was the same price as the room not very happy!

Completely outdated and kinda eery. They charge for parking too! I had booked in error basically and attempted to cancel shortly after and they refused. No ifs, ands or butts! It’s not like the hotel was crowded. Matter of fact it was practically empty. No thank you never again. I checked in used the lobby for a bit, checked out and booked elsewhere. Didn’t want to stay in this antiquated outdated hotel.

The room was dirty and I left the venue with a sore throat which I suspect was due to the thick layer of dust and mold in the vents. At check out staff did not ask about my experience and seemed to rush me out. I also noticed that there was some dirt or mold on the ceiling due to water damage. The common spaces for conferences were okay but often cramped. I would not stay here again. Almost $400 for an unclean room and substandard parking. I am so disappointed. Pick another hotel.
